Delivery Policy

Our delivery policy outlines the details of our delivery services within the UAE, including shipping options, delivery times, and associated costs.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver across the UAE, including major cities such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al-Quwain, and Al Ain. Please note that some remote or outlying areas may have specific delivery requirements or longer delivery times.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
Orders over AED 200 are eligible for free delivery. Orders below AED 200 will incur a delivery charge which will be displayed on the checkout page. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option you choose and your shipping destination. For all our shipments, it may take up to 1-3 business days.
3. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM (UAE time) will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
4. Delivery Tracking
You can track the status of your delivery using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Simply enter the tracking number on the courier’s website to get real-time updates on your order’s location and estimated delivery time.
5. Delivery Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: Unfortunately, we do not deliver P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address to ensure successful delivery.
- Remote Areas: Some remote locations may have limited delivery options or extended delivery times. If your address falls into a restricted area, our customer service team will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
- International Shipping: We currently only offer international shipping to limited countries. If you do not see your country listed as a shipping option during checkout, please contact us at [email protected]
